Yeah, they ship everywhere in the US mainland for free, so NY is good. Mine got to Florida in about 5 days, so prob similar for you.

Mine took closer to a week to get to Arizona, but it was a bigger 12V 460Ah battery. They use pretty standard ground shipping methods.

Returns are actually pretty straightforward. I returned a charger that I didn't need and got my money back, just had to pay for shipping it back I think.

I didn't return a battery myself, but I remember seeing their policy says you got 30 days. Just make sure it's in original condition.

Nah, most of the batteries don't come with one. You usually have to buy it separate, they sell compatible ones though.

I got a 12V 100Ah and it didn't include a charger. You'll need to add one to your cart if you don't have one already.

Is the golf cart conversion kit compatible with older EZGO models, like a 2005 TXT?

Pretty sure they say their kits are designed for most EZGO, Club Car, and Yamaha carts. A 2005 TXT should be fine, but maybe double check the specs against your cart's current setup.
